On May 20, 2026, a meeting of the ClimBeach project Steering Committee was held at the Faculty of Civil Engineering, Architecture and Geodesy, University of Mostar.

The main topics of the meeting were:

- An overview of technical and financial activities carried out during the fourth period

- A review of the upcoming activities and milestones

- The implementation of the public procurement plan

Assistant Professor Ana Bošnjak was designated as responsible for preparing the project assignment for BeachCloud and managing further communication with the Lead Partner (LP).

The meeting was attended by:
