The eighth Regional Stakeholder Meeting (RSM) of the Interreg Danube Region Programme project SpongeCity, implemented by the University of Mostar with its organizational unit, the Faculty of Civil Engineering, Architecture and Geodesy, was held on Tuesday, December 16, 2025, in the Council Hall of the Faculty of Civil Engineering, Architecture and Geodesy of the University of Mostar.

This is the 30th jubile issue of e-ZBORNIK, Electronic Collection of Papers of the Faculty of Civil Engineering. This issue, like the previous ones, is published in Croatian and English and consists of seven papers.This issue brings out scientific and professional papers dealing with different topics in the field of civil engineering and architecture.
Several meetings on the "ClimBeach" project were held during October 2025 at the Faculty of Civil Engineering, Architecture and Geodesy University of Mostar.

As part of the APLE Erasmus+ project, a three-day teacher training workshop was held at the Faculty of Architecture in Zagreb. On the first day, the hosts organized an introduction to the agenda, which was explained by the project manager Mia Roth Čerina after a welcoming speech by Dean Siniša Justić. The lectures were given by Dubravko Bačić, Teodor Cvitanović and Damir Mance on the topics of the Architects' Council of Europe, architectural practice and architectural services.

Exploring Human Dimensions in Architectural Management
29. September - 1. October, 2025.
The three-day workshop was designed to encourage students from four partner universities to explore architectural management within real-world organizational contexts. During the workshop, students explored organizational structures and strategic development plans for an architectural firm. Insights from architectural firms of varying sizes (50+, 20+, 5+ and up to 5 employees) were used to gain practical knowledge and experience of the managerial role in architectural practice and education. Students also assessed whether the title of architect is necessary for a person in a managerial position in an architectural firm.
On August 21, 2025, the second meeting of the Steering Committee of the Interreg IPA project ClimBeach was held at the Mostar Hotel. All partners from the Republic of Croatia, Bosnia and Herzegovina and Montenegro participated in the meeting.
On August 1, 2025, a Coordination meeting of the project "Improving Coastal Areas Resilience from Climate Change Impacts and setting up Guidelines for Sustainable Beach Stabilization and Management (ClimBeach)", financed by the European Union within the framework of the Interreg IPA Croatia - Bosnia and Herzegovina - Montenegro 2021-2027 program, was held at the premises of the Project Partner UNIMO FGAG in Mostar (Faculty of Civil Engineering, Architecture and Geodesy, University of Mostar).
On 27th June 2025, six stakeholders meeting of interested parties was held at the Faculty of Civil Engineering, Architecture and Geodesy. There was a discussion about the tool developed as part of the project and education and its application by the interested participants, as well as about progress in the creation of a local action plan and a feasibility study.
We are proud that the ClimBeach scientific project was successfully presented at the Final Exhibition of the Architecture and Urban Planning Studies organized by the Faculty of Civil Engineering, Architecture and Geodesy of the University of Mostar and Matica Hrvatska Mostar, where on June 27, 2025, together with student works and models, we had the ClimBeach project poster exhibited.
