The small team from SUM has travelled to Verona, together with the partners of the CBHE project BK Stone – Higher Education – Enterprise platform for fostering, modernization and sustainable growth in the natural stone industry in Western Balkans, co-financed by the European Union, to attend the Marmo+mac fair.
Marmo+mac, the International Fair of Marble, Stone, Design and Technologies, is presented as the leading marble fair in the world market, to promote the development of the product and technologies, it was held in the period from September 28 to 30 in Verona (Italy).
Marmo+mac is a great showcase that highlights the best production traditions and innovation at the national and international level, international projects, with many initiatives promoting the special characteristics and richness of marble and the expressive potential of the stony materials in architecture and design.
The partners have taken advantage of this fair to publicize the project as well as to enrich themselves with the new technologies and advances that are shown in Marmo+mac, which are very useful for transferring this knowledge to the teachers of the organizations participating in the project.
