A scientific hour on the subject "Anthological examples of residential architecture of Zagreb" was held in the amphitheatre of the Faculty of Civil Engineering University of Mostar on Saturday, 8 June 2019 at 19:00. The lecturers were Zlatko Karač, Ph.D., associate professor and Vice Dean for Science of the Faculty of Architecture in Zagreb, and Alen Žunić, Ph.D., assistant professor of the Faculty of Architecture in Zagreb and guest researcher at Columbia University NY. During the lecture, we had the opportunity to get to know buildings of unquestionable value that form part of architecture of all periods, of different architectural types, of relevant authors without exception. Along with "benchmarks" from the city centre, the newer parts of the city and even completely peripheral ones were included. The night before, the lecturers presented their book "Islamic Architecture and Art in Croatia: Ottoman and Contemporary Heritage" in the Croatian Cultural Centre Herceg Stjepan Kosača.
