To fully leverage the platform role of SRIAATU and further promote collaboration among member institutions in joint talent growth, international research collaboration, and cultural exchange, XAUAT hosted the 2025 Conference and Forum of SRIAATU from May 13 to 16, 2025 in Xi'an, China, which was attended by representatives of the University of Mostar, the Dean of the Faculty of Civil Engineering, Architecture and Geodesy, Full Professor Maja Prskalo and Assistant Petra Pažin.
To deepen cooperation and exchange among universities along the Silk Belt and Road in the field of architecture and technology, Xi'an University of Architecture and Technology (XAUAT) initiated the establishment of the "Silk Road International Alliance of Architectural and Technological Universities" (SRIAATU) in October 2023, with the vision of "Building a Better Home for All". XAUAT is one of China's leading universities specializing in architecture, civil engineering, and environmental engineering. Currently, SRIAATU has 55 member institutions from 26 countries, including universities and enterprises, and has made an active contribution to global architecture and technological innovation and the development of sustainable human settlements. To fully utilize the role of the SRIAATU platform and further promote cooperation among member institutions in joint talent development, international research cooperation, and cultural exchange, XAUAT hosted the 2025 SRIAATU Conference and Forum from 13 to 16 May 2025 in Xi'an, China. The event was attended by representatives of the University of Mostar, the Dean of the Faculty of Civil Engineering, Architecture and Geodesy, Maja Prskalo, Ph.D., and assistant Petra Pažin

Exploring Urban Layers of Traces, Colour, Materials, and People
Students of the Faculty of Civil Engineering, Architecture and Geodesy of the University of Mostar - Valentina Jozinović, Martina Majić, Iva Palinić, Katarina Šantić and Jerko Artuković, accompanied by their mentor assistant Gabrijela Raič, participated in a student workshop at the Sapienza University in Rome as part of the Erasmus+ project APLE, from 17 to 21 February 2025.
Today (10 April 2025) a lecture was held at the amphitheater of the Faculty of Civil Engineering, Architecture and Geodesy on the topic Student Life at Warsaw University of Life Sciences – SGGW and in Poland. The lecturers were professors from the Institute of Civil Engineering at the Warsaw University of Life Sciences – SGGW, Wojciech Sas, DSc, and Justyna Dzięcioł, PhD.
On March 21, 2025, in the amphitheater of the Faculty of Civil Engineering, Architecture and Geodesy of the University of Mostar, as part of a scientific lecture by colleague Anton Vrdoljak, a member of the ClimBeach project working team, the ClimBeach scientific project, funded by the Interreg IPA Croatia – Bosnia & Herzegovina – Montenegro program, was presented.
