Defense of the doctoral dissertation topic of the doctoral student Tatjana Džeba

The public defense of the doctoral dissertation topic of the doctoral candidate/student Tatjana Džeba, entitled Sustainability of water supply systems using internal and external renewable energy sources with optimization of water reservoir operation or hybrid systems and sustainable water supply RE-WATER was held on Friday, 14 October 2022 at 11:00 before the Committee for the Defense and Evaluation of the Doctoral Dissertation Topic consisting of:

1. Željko Rozić, Ph.D., associate professor, University of Mostar, Faculty of Civil Engineering, Architecture and Geodesy, chairman and member,
2. Jure Margeta, Ph.D., professor emeritus, University of Split, Faculty of Civil Engineering, Architecture and Geodesy, advisor and member,
3. Bojan Đurin, Ph.D., associate professor, University North, University Center Varaždin, co-advisor and member.

Erasmus Mundus Joint Master in Sustainable Mineral and Metal Processing Engineering – PROMISE studij posebno je prikladan za studente koji studiraju oplemenjivanje mineralnih sirovina, rudarstvo, metalurgiju, kemijsko inženjerstvo, znanost i inženjerstvo vezano uz materijale i druge srodne inženjerske struke. Prijaviti se mogu studenti sa završenim preddiplomskim ili diplomskim studijem.

ICEC International Civil Engineering Competition for students, one first place, ranked fifth overall

Our students Marko Mandić, Ilija Srebrović and Dario Budimir (as competitors) and Martina Moro and Enio Stipanović as participants attended the finals of the students' International Civil Engineering Competition in Timișoara (Romania) during the last week.

Defense of the doctoral dissertation of the candidate Danijela Maslać, B.S.C.E.

On Thursday, 14 July 2022, the candidate Danijela Maslać, B.S.C.E., defended her doctoral dissertation at the Faculty of Civil Engineering, Architecture and Geodesy of the University of Mostar entitled TESTING OF ESTIMATION METHODS OF CRITICAL HEADWAY ON SMALL URBAN ROUNDABOUTS BASED ON MEASURED CAPACITY, and the defense ceremony was held in the Faculty amphitheater.

Allplan Faculty Hackathon Mostar 2022

The Allplan Faculty Hackathon was held today (29 June 2022) at the Faculty of Civil Engineering, Architecture and Geodesy, University of Mostar. The winner was the Mali makijato team, whose members are now expected to participate in the regional Allplan competition in Podgorica from 20 to 22 July 2022.

We thank everyone who helped in the realization of the competition, especially the company Baldinistudio Zagreb and the company Hering d.d. Široki Brijeg, which provides prizes for our best competitors.

Lecture held by architects Pero Ćeškić and Boris Soldo + Presentation of 1st year student works

A lecture was held by architects Pero Ćeškić and Boris Soldo in the open lecture theatre at the university campus on Friday 24 June 2022 in the evening hours, and a public presentation of works of students of the 1st year of the Study of Architecture and Urban Planning was held before the lecture.
